We do not accept returns at this time unless it is a clerical error. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports the order has been delivered to the provided address. Please contact the shipping service for assistance with the recovery of packages not received yet that are reported delivered.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you have questions about when your will receive your refund, please reach out to your banking institution for their policy.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. All orders will be shipped with the chosen method, standard or express, through USPS or DHL depending on your location. You will be provided tracking information once your order has shipped.
